Projects

These are some of my academic, personal, and professional projects.

Bilingual Training Program

Bilingual CEA Assistant Lead - AnywhereWorks

Developed a bilingual training program in conjunction with the New Hire SCRUM team. A number of processes were involved, including research, content creation, iteration, collaboration with other teams - from executives to the production team, asset and script creation, and uploading to the AdaptiveU LMS. In addition, I was the Spanish voice talent for the production team's edited video recordings. Upon completion of the project, I provided training to leads/assistant leads and agents.

Internal Website & Trello

Bilingual CEA Assistant Lead - AnywhereWorks

As an assistant lead, I had a lot of files, processes, documents, etc, to keep track of and have available at all times. For that purpose, I created a personal Google Site with information regarding pertinent details. In addition, I set up a Trello list to keep track of birthdays, anniversaries, and other information related to employees. Furthermore, I took care of the team's internal website and Trello board. Lead preferences determined the system.

Welcome Shift

Bilingual CEA Assistant Lead - AnywhereWorks

The Welcome Shift is held after each training class has been completed. During these new hire meetings, questions are answered, other departments and supervisors are introduced, and an agent comes to answer questions for new hires. In addition, new agents receive quality assurance feedback and tips before moving to their new team.

SNHU - Organizational Branding

This project allowed me to focus on sharpening my mastery in identifying the needs of different stakeholders and adjusting varying aspects to changing marketplaces. It also allowed me to focus on creating assets that align with brand goals, visions, and style guides. An emphasis was placed on upgrading who a brand is without changing its essence or core.

SNHU - Social Media Strategy

The aim of this project was to develop an audience analysis and create user personas to create a content calendar for a St. Jude's Research Hospital fundraiser. Once the audience segmentation was complete, a proposal was drafted that included a platform selection with posting frequency, tone and personality, KPIs, a social media schedule, keywords and hashtags, and monitoring.
